Syntha 6 or Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein?
So I finished Syntha 6 last month and Im now using Optimum Nutrition Whey. Syntha 6 definitely tastes better and I’ve noticed that i feel more full after taking it. With Optimum, which I hear so many good things about especially with the price, I feel not as full. So with Syntha 6 having your muscles fed with the time release, is it a better protein than Optimum and is there an advantage to taking Syntha 6 instead?

No Optimum won Protein supplement of the year by bodybuilding.com from people who know their supplements. Optimum is not as filling as it probably has less calories and less carbs and less sugar then Syntha 6. If you want to be full then put in 2 scoops. I agree it could taste better and never get vanilla in any powder but Optimum is better by far over any other.
Bodybuilding.com shows Optimum Nutrition whey protein as their number 1 seller. Not just for whey protein, for EVERY product.
It is GOOD stuff. Too many reasons to list.
Whey by nature is instantly used within your body. If you truly want time release you should look into casein protein. Which I use as well, from ON.
Hope that helps.
Try to find one without all of the fillers additives, and artificial sweeteners. Why waste your money on chemicals…Yuck!! Good luck
