need some help with protein?!?

i got some Body Fortress Super advanced whey protein cause it was cheap. it says it contains Super whey protein blend (Whey protein concentrate, Whey protein isolate), Super recovery Blend (Creatine monohydrate, Taurine, L-Glutamine, Leucene, Isoleucene, Valine), and it says it contains soy and milk ingredients. It says your not supposed to take it if you have kidney problems or if your taking any medication. Would I be ok if i took this with multivitamins? I’ve read one review that a guy took this protein and peed blood?? and I do cardio 3-4 days a week, and weight training twice a week and am 15 year old male if it matters.
