Casein Whey

Question…

Is it better to take whey or casein before you sleep if you’re trying to build muscle?

I lift 3 or 4 times a week and I diet right. Everyone tells me that nothing compares to whey but ive also heard that casein is released more slowly throughout the body and would be beneficial while you’re sleeping. Would it be better if i could just take a combo of both?

well its good to do that but atleast 1 hour before you go to bed.

Eat normally.

That is exactly what I do. I use Whey for my morning shakes and Casein at night along with a good diet and exercise 5-6 days per week. I find with the Casein being consumed at night, I don’t feel as “starved” when I wake up in the morning.
