EAS Whey Protein Powder Reviews

I gave EAS whey protein powder review the other day and I’d like to go over a few of the main points that I made. I think that this could well be one of the very best protein supplements for bodybuilders because it provides an abundance of nutrition and other vital vitamins & minerals.

I guess the bottom line for any kind of whey protein powder product is ‘does it work’? And the answer for this EAS supplement, is that it most certainly gets great results and helps me build muscle mass every time I used it. I like to quickly make up a protein shakes before I leave the house to the gym and everytime I drink it whilst working out I get massive gains.

Now I know it hasn’t been designed for this, but sometimes when I’m late for my workout and don’t want to have to prepare a pre-workout meal, I’ll just use a EAS whey protein shake as a complete meal replacement. I know it’s not ideal, as you are supposed to eat some actual food and in addition you can drink the powder shake, but I haven’t seen much of a difference the times that I do that (although I am not recommending you do it everytime!)

The second question you should ask is about the whey protein powders ingredients and whether they will give you side effects or not. It’s really critical for you to check through all the ingredients yourself to make sure there is nothing there that you may not be able to eat. But I myself have not had any side effects from this bodybuilding supplement. So I assume that it is 100% safe, but again you should always look over it yourself.

Overall, I believe that it is a solid product to buy and would recommend it to anyone who wants to increase their gains at the gym. I know this isn’t a full EAS whey protein powder review or anything, but I will post more soon.
