Should I continue taking whey protein or switch to whey protein isolate?
Just because it has more protein in it and less fat I have been taking whey protein isolate every since i started lifting a few months ago. If I decided to switch to regular whey protein would I be getting different (worse) results from my lifts. My main goal is to build muscle, but if I can save money its always good.
Please give a legit answer with reason lol… Thanks Guys
